No PDF version and bad quality viewing. Too expensive for a low quality digital version!!!!

All of my bought Issues are unable to restore!

The magasine itself is great, but ipad sucks !!!

Appears free at first but in app purchase required. Shady tactics.

Just bought an issue. Now I cant even read it - constantly crashing. Also no previews. Otherwise its alright and would get a 3 or 4.

Wonderful platform that gives online access to the store, but offline access to your magazines. Makes purchasing easy (maybe too easy!). The only improvement I would suggest is being able to download the digital copy of a magazine you have the physical copy of- it would make keeping track of your library easier.

The program crashes all the time!!!

I enjoy the magazine a lot but wish the tutorials were better. Most times they are enough to get you to buy the software but not enough to really teach you anything of lasting value. However, the magazine does let you know which is current in the industry but not really how to break into it. It would be nice for the publishing company to put out a series of really tutorials and work flows.

Why say something is free but then push a mandatory in-app purchase once you downloaded it? This newsstand thing is complete BS, at least dont call it FREE when its really not :/

For those who are too slow to comprehend what Newsstand actually is... ...ITS A NEWS STAND... When you see your favorite magazines for sale on a newsstand... Do you own them yet? Or do you have to buy them to take them home? What is free is the applet for magazines you like, that, when clicked on, will show you what issues are available for purchase. This applet also allows you to purchase a subscription, that will download automatically like when new issues come out. No, no one is going to go to the trouble of creating a beautiful and informative magazine and give it to you or free... Newsstand allows you to have your own uncluttered rack with your favorites mags only... Whether you subscribe, or merely want to browse.

Uninstalled. Can get better info for free on the net by the nice people who post them for free! Im not paying these high prices.

Wish the words and the pictures looked The same as the ones in 3d world ( which supports the retina display and every thing looks much sharper and crisp) please fix it!!

I install this app and purchased the latest issue of mag using my iPhone and tout I can log in it with my iPad and read the same issue of mag later. However, this app I installed on the New iPad kept asking me type in log in info and register whenever i tried to log in again even I already did it(including name, age, password, etc...). Once the info was entered, a window of the term acceptation popped up, I hit "accept", then the app just hang there forever. This app is buggy and prevent me to read the mag on different platform as it promised . Hope Pixelamges can have engineer fix it asap and provide the update to the public...

I have spent quite a bit of money on 3D Artist via the Pixel Mags iPad app. However, ever since the April update, it crashes immediately on opening, and I cant read the issues I own, let alone purchase any new ones. Ive been through their troubleshooting steps multiple times to no avail. I have contacted Pixelmags several times about this and been assured a fix had already been submitted to Apple. But that was months ago, and still no update. Coupled with the sloppy and ineffectual tech support I have received from Pixelmags, Im beginning to believe the promise of an imminent update was just lip service. 3D Artist is a very good magazine. But Pixelmags will not receive another dime from me.

I love this magazine, but after the last update, the app crashes after exactly 4 seconds. It has done this repeatedly. I hope you folks can get it fixed soon! I cant wait to read the newest issue!

Updated the app and it does crash after a few seconds. No way to read anything. Hope they fix it.

The latest update crashes. I reinstalled and same thing. But the mag is awesome when the app is working. I cant wait for a fix. I would also love to see more interaction like 3D World has recently added to theirs. Clicking to view movies and links to articles is a nice touch.

Cant even get to the issues before it crashes.

This app has been crashing for weeks with no fix. You cant look at a magazine for more then about 2 seconds. So all of my paid content is now worthless. And the fact that its been like this for weeks with no fix is the whole reason I was apprehensive to use an iPad for viewing published media in the first place. A publisher messing something up, and you suddenly loose access to all your content. Horrible
